Welcome to copha’s terms and conditions. The information listed below apply to all the purchases made at our on-line shop and pertaining to copha-watches.com. Please read through them carefully before placing your order as an order placement results in our client’s acceptance of the said terms. Any purchase agreement entered on the site are subject to Danish law.
We hope you will have a pleasant and enjoyable on-line shopping experience.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT for delivery outside the European Union. For exceptions see our shipping guidelines. In addition to the order total (including freight charges) a fee to cover expenses for import duty and VAT/tax will be charged by the courier when delivering the items to you. The fee can be between EUR 25-30 and must be paid to the courier before the goods are released. For information on local import duty and local VAT/tax please check with your local tax and customs authorities.

Free shipping may be offered relating to campaigns. Shipping charges will be listed on the checkout pages and in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail.
copha accepts all credit card payments. When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the money will not be deducted from your account until we ship your order.
You can order online at any time you wish. We process orders Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 16:00, Friday 9:00 - 15:30 Central European Time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following business day.
copha will ship the goods via courier (unless otherwise indicated) to a recipient outside the EU. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days when we have the item in stock. As we are unable to guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make the necessary arrangements with you.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase order if the delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement.
We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from us to your address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without explanation. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly and precisely that you wish to withdraw, e.g. by letter or e-mail. We regret we will not accept you refusing to receive/sign for the package upon delivery.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products' nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product's packaging, it is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. The onus is on you to assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned to us.
You must return the product(s) as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to cancel your order.

If you wish to arrange for return shipping yourself, then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Remember to duly insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

We will contact you and arrange for pick-up by courier. We will make sure that the relevant paperwork is completed and that the courier collects the package during normal working hours at a place convenient to you. If it is more convenient we can send you a freight label for you to mail the package at your convenience.
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible. We can, however, withhold the refund until we have received the returned undamaged product or you have provided us with documentation showing that the product has been returned. Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.
THE DANISH SALE OF GOODS ACT
In addition to the above, as a customer you are protected by a 2-year warranty for defects in accordance with the general provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, copha will gladly exchange the product(s) however the return shipping cost will be at your expense.

INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINTS
A complaint concerning a product or service purchased from copha may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Consumer Complaints Board. You can submit your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board via www.forbrug.dk, where you can also read more about minimum amounts, fees, process, etc.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state than Denmark. Complaints can be filed at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. On filing a complaint, you must state our e-mail address: email@example.com
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We comply to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and all handling of personal data is conducted in accordance with this Act. Under the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data copha is considered responsible for the data that is registered about customers and visitors to http://www.copha-watches.com. By making a purchase on our website, you accept our personal data protection policy.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security for data transactions via the internet. When data is sent, and stored electronically, there is always a risk that others will force their way to unauthorized access to protected data before it reaches our servers. So even though we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot ensure, nor guarantee the security of any information. Thus, you send your data at your own risk.
However, be rest assured that copha will not share or transmit information relating to or customers without your prior approval.
PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH PURCHASES
Relating to purchases on our website, copha requests the customer’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, all of which are necessary to fill the order and are used solely in connection with processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form for a period.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rapid development of the internet can make changes to our Terms and Conditions necessary. We reserve the right to update and revise the Terms and Conditions. If a change becomes necessary we will adjust the date on the document so you always have access to the latest terms and conditions.
